Harry Whitmore, plant supervisor, holds the award certificate. Beside him are Otto Florence Jr., second from right, general manager of Independent Meat, and Jack Holloway, right, assistant foreman of the shipping department at Independent Meat. Mr. Whitmore and Mr. Holloway are dressed in hard hats and coveralls, and Mr. Whitmore is dressed in a cowboy hat and jacket. Behind them, several dead cows hang on meat wracks.
