Presenting the program on "International Relations" for members of the Twin Falls County Extension Homemakers Council, Mrs. John E. Hayes, points out the structure of United Nations, its agencies, and supplemental program. Mrs. Hayes spoke on the United Nations and the Declaration of Human Rights. She pointed out that the Twin Falls County Extension Homemakers Council is a unit of the National Extension Homemakers Council, which includes in its program several special projects leading toward understanding other peoples over the earth. Mrs. Hayes is dressed in a plaid dress suit and hat, and stands in front of a poster on an easel reading "Your United Nations." Some pamphlets pinned to the bottom of the poster read "The International Peace Garden" and "The Associated Country Women of the World."
