Warren Gossett admires "Spring in Wood River," a landscape oil painting by Dorcus Peck of a river stream running through the mountains, that won the Best of Show award at the Twin Falls County Fair. Other paintings on display by Dorcus Peck that won award ribbons include a still life of flowers and a house on a prairie. A painting of some flowers by J. M. Nicholson is hanging to the side.
