Arriving for an official visit to the Idaho Wing of the Civil Air Patrol is Col. Samuel DuPont, vice chairman of the CAP board. Greeting him is Maj. Susan Shaw, information officer of the Idaho Wing. Col. DuPont visited the Idaho Wing and told members of
two new programs that are being planned, a flying program and upgrading and revising of the cadet program. Behind them is an airplane with an open doorway, and inside the plane packs and jackets are visible.
