Toasting the New Year with a cup of coffee is Idaho State Police Lt. Dean Bennett and Mrs. Wiley Dodds. The State Police, District 4, will give free coffee and chewing gum to all motorists stopping at Cottrell and Hollister Ports of Entry, in an effort to prevent accidents caused by drinking. Behind them is a desk, and on it are a lamp, Post-It notes, and a three-ring binder hole punch. Hanging on the back wall is the Idaho state flag.
