Grant Ousterhout, general manager of Reliance Credit Corp, looks at a hole in a safe door. When employees of the firm couldn't open the safe to get some files by using the combination, and after two locksmiths failed to open it, a power chisel was used. With the help of J. C. Boster, Boster Key Shop, the combination of the safe was cut out with the power chisel. Mr. Ousterhout is dressed in a suit and tie.
