Officers were installed at an American War Mothers meeting held at the American Legion Hall in Twin Falls. From left to right are Mrs. Joseph LeClair, recording secretary; Mrs. B. V. Vice, first vice president and installing officer; Mrs. William Armga, president and state recording secretary; and Mrs. W. C. Stone, treasurer. Mrs. LeClair is wearing a striped jacket and skirt and a black blouse. Mrs. Vice wears a white dress, and hands a gavel to Mrs. Armga, who is wearing a dress, corsage, and sash. Mrs. Stone is wearing a floral print dress and holding a carnation. On the table in front of them are several papers, books, and cut carnations. On the wall behind them is a framed illustration of some flowers and a certificate from the National American War Mothers.
